Mwamiyaidi Dianah is a Laboratory scientist and an ENRICH non degree fellow. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Laboratory Technology and a Master’s degree in Immunology and Clinical Microbiology from Makerere University. She is currently working as a Senior Graduate Fellow in Busitema University, where she is involved in research and academic activities.

Dianah is passionate about strengthening laboratory-based research and advancing the understanding, diagnosis, and management of infectious diseases. Through her research and academic activities, she seeks to generate meaningful evidence and develop practical solutions that address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.

Her research topic is: Bacterial Etiology and Antimicrobial Resistance Profiles Of Bloodstream Infections Among Sickle Cell Disease Patients In Mbale Regional Referral.
