Dr. Nalunkuma Racheal is a paediatric resident at the College of Health Sciences, Makerere University, under the EnRICH scholarship program. She is an early-career researcher with a strong interest in implementation and translational research, focused on strengthening health systems and improving the quality of care for people living with sickle cell disease. She has contributed to seventeen peer-reviewed publications indexed in PubMed and Google Scholar, and her work has informed policies and programs in Uganda and globally.
Dr. Nalunkuma possesses strong research skills, including research proposal writing, project management, monitoring and evaluation, manuscript development, and effective dissemination of research findings. She is resilient, determined, and open to learning and sharing.
Outside her professional work, she is devoted to charitable services and committed to supporting those in need.
